So another week gone by and what a week it was… I went to the Kilkenny Hotel in Co. Kilkenny in Ireland… and I have to say that the colors in the hotel had such a negative effect on me – that I had to leave!!! That’s right, I actually couldn’t stay a second night in the hotel because the colors on the walls and carpets were so dark and depressing that I just wanted to get out of there. Now it’s good to remember that just because I found those colors depressing – doesn’t mean that you will! Colors affect us all in very different ways – so what I deem as dull – another person might call modern or artistic!! So it’s an individual thing!

The point I’m trying to make is that if something doesn’t gel well with you – and you don’t feel comfortable or calm in your surroundings – then change them!! I didn’t feel calm and relaxed in the surroundings of the Hotel – so I left! If you are feeling a certain way – and you think that it is your environment that is adding to the way you are feeling – then if you can – change it! Help yourself!

On a lighter note – I watched “Xfactor” on Saturday night and was so disappointed that the twins “Jedward” were voted off – in my opinion… the show will not be as entertaining anymore… they brought a certain sense of fun to the programme and I will miss their funky coloured outfits and wild performances every week!!

On other TV gossip - Katie Price (aka Jordan) also left “I’m a Celebrity, get me out of here” – what a shame – she was great to watch and I have to say I believe she changed the public’s opinion of herself.  I watched her body language and the way she conducted herself over the last week and I think she was being genuine and at the end of the day is only human and could do with a little support from the public! Go on Katie!

My other news this week is that my puppy ate my blackberry – I don’t know if it was the red flashing light on it that attracted him – or perhaps he wanted to call my brother David in Rome! Either way he chewed it and I’m now off to buy a new one!!
