How using a “Mind-Script” will make your life better!!

Mind Scripts are amazing tools. They affect the way other people respond to you. I personally think that “Mind Scripts” are one of the most important techniques I will ever talk about, and believe me, they are outstandingly effective when it comes to building rapport with others and being a good communicator.

A “Mind-Script” is basically a short, positive affirmation that you tell yourself before you meet anyone. So in your mind, you mentally repeat this “mind-script” to yourself as you are getting ready to meet someone, and then when you do meet him or her, you continue to recite your “Mind-Script” as the initial conversation begins. Mind Scripts can be used in meetings, interviews, social situations, with significant others, with friends.... basically anytime you meet someone and you want then to think a certain way about you.

We often get so wrapped up in ourselves, our own thoughts and problems, that we forget to listen to what others are saying...

We all crave acceptance. Its human nature and something that people move towards. “I hope they like me” is a phrase a lot of people say internally... it becomes a part of their inner dialogue when the worry or fear of not being accepted starts up.
