Be the positive one… and people will gravitate towards you!

That's it folks - time to be positive. I'm sure some of you really don't feel like it - I know I sure don't feel like being positive all the time... but you just have to. It's a rule... a Goldin rule!! Now the reason that I'm advising you to do this is because the cool thing about the mind is that if you pretend something for long enough - it eventually starts to happen automatically!! You can very easily become that cool, positive, motivated and loved person - even if you don't believe you can... and here's the why and the how....

People want to be around positive people... people who make them feel good and are easy and a pleasure to spend time with. So no more moaning or complaining - no more bitching or whinging... from now on - that part of your vocabulary is done - finito - caput!!

From now on - if someone asked you how you are doing... answer in a positive way... say that you feel "great, happy, and motivated!" No more of this "not too bad" or "I've had better days" - because they are all negative statements. Which in turn get your mind into a frame of thought that is negative and can subconsciously keep you feeling in that low way? So even if you feel bad, things aren't exactly going great in your life, and you're having a pretty crappy day.... I want you to just pretend it's ok - pretend you feel good. You know my father had this saying - "When funds are low - order champagne" because what you put out there to the world - to the universe... follows you! It's amazing and might sound a little mad - but it really works!!

A lot of people out there are going through tough times at the moment - they might be feeling low and unmotivated... but you need to be the one to help them lift their spirits - you need to be the positive one to help them see there is happiness and there is light... because someone has to do it! And it might as well be you (and me) because not only will it help those people... but it will help you too and make you feel better - even if you don't believe it!! All you have to do is... be positive - act happy - especially around your close friends and loved ones (as they are usually the ones that would hear the brunt of your moans) so act differently around them - make them smile... and in turn it will make you smile too!

Yep - you are now the positive happy friend that people want to be around - people will crave your attention and your new positive outlook will brighten up a room when you enter. I have no doubt if you act this way - people will want to be around you more because good things will happen around you!

Think about all the people you know - both personally and the successful celebrities. The ones who are positive - motivated and have a strong sense of personal belief are all successful. They achieve because they are positive within themselves that they can and they will.

Now think about the people in your life that you love spending time with... think about why you love spending time with them?! Are they fun? Are they positive? Do you feel good when you are around them?

Now think about the people that you're not that keen on spending time with... what are they like? Do they moan a lot? Is there always some sort of drama or complaint in their life?

So now - what kind of person do you want to be? How successful do you want to be? How do you want other people to see you?

Here's your challenge of the week... Think positively (even if you don't feel like it). Act Happy... pretend you're confident and believe in you yourself... just pretend... Pretend you're motivated and full of energy... for just one week... then email me and tell me how that week went.... But I think I already know the answer!!
