Laughter is, in my opinion a key ingredient in a perfect relationship. You have to be with someone that you can laugh with, and that includes laughing at yourself!! If your with your partner for their money, their looks or what their social status is, yet they don't have the ability to make you smile, laugh at your own mistakes, laugh at the silly things that you get stressful about... if they don't have the capabilities to help you see the lighter side of life, then one day, when your old and grey and their looks have turned into wrinkles and money isn't important to you anymore... you'll be sitting in your auld rocking chair, looking at the boring old person that you chose to be with, over the person who made you laugh.

If you find a person that really makes you laugh, that you have fun with... then choose them! Be with them… spend the rest of your life with them (that’s if they’ll have you of course!!) You might think to yourself – “I’m not attracted to them!” well… listen here…you might think that way now… but humour is a very attractive quality in a person and if they can make you laugh – then I bet you’ll be getting that fluttering feeling in your tummy – even if you weren’t expecting it!!

I’m with Barry now 4 years and we have so much fun together! We have a laugh together, we can laugh at each other, with each other and at each other (without either one of us getting offended of upset when we are laughing at each other!! Hehe!!) Laughter lightens our relationship and in times of stress or when one of us might be having a bad day – we can pick each other up by using humour and laughter. It really works and is such an important factor in our relationship. Without that key ingredient – then we wouldn’t be where we are today. Having fun and keeping the relationship fun and funny… is essential for keeping that spark alive!

So now – if your single and out looking for the perfect partner – then don’t just look for the hottest, the one with the best body, the gorgeous face or sexy hair… have a chat with them and see if they make you laugh… make sure that they can make you giggle before you jiggle with them!!
