Color visualization technique to help you feel worthy...

Throughout our lives we experience the full spectrum of colors depending on what we think about and how we feel. We all go through difficult times... feeling stress, anxiety, heartbreak, depression, over eating, addictions and many more issues that affect how we think.... and as you think, so your body feels.... and how you feel has a profound affect on how your body responds.

So eventually there comes a time when you need to make a conscious decision to change the way you think about certain situations in your life and how you allow things to affect you and have a negative influence over your emotions. You are the only one who can...

make the decision to allow yourself to feel worthy and make your life the best it can possibly be.... To live it to its full potential, to develop peak performance and give yourself the best possible chance of an outstanding life!!

So how are you going to do that? How are you going allow yourself to feel worthy and open yourself up to opportunities that you truly deserve?

It's easy and I will show you how.... It all comes down to making the correct pictures in your mind. Like I say, how you think creates a response in how you feel.... How your emotions work.... And then when you feel a certain way.... Then that in turn makes your body act in accordance to that. So in order for you to overcome any limiting belief patterns, negative thoughts, feelings, habits or a distressing emotion (such as stress)... you need to change the way you think.

It really is that simple! Lets do a mini visualization now that if practiced correctly over and over again.... Will make you think differently!!!! I know this for a fact as I use it with my clients in the clinic... and I actually use it myself on an ongoing basis!!

This little visualisation technique will help you gain control and teach your body to relax, when you feel your stress levels rising.

  • Think of a time in your life when you were really happy and relaxed. Perhaps you were on your holidays relaxing in the sun.... or if you think you never really felt happy and relaxed, just pretend. Imagine this now. See the pictures in your mind....
  • Imagine all the things you see and hear when you think of that place or time.
  • Get all those good, positive, calm feelings that you had in that place become stronger now - imagining that you are really feeling them now.
  • Place your hand on your tummy and imagine an orange calming light coming out of your hand and being transferred into your body. Imagine the warm feelings of calm and tranquillity that you feel within you getting stronger now.
  • Get that picture and those feelings stronger again within your mind. Keep your hand on your tummy as you take a deep breath in, hold to the mental count of four, and then let it out slowly and notice how good and calm you now feel.

Repeat this technique 5 times a day for the next week. This will build up an automatic response, so that as soon as you place your hand on your tummy and take that big deep breath in - those calm and relaxing feelings will come rushing back to you. Repetition is the mother of skill. So whenever you feel your stress levels rising, all you have to do is this simple and easy technique and it will help override your stresses and relax your body. Remember to see the calm relaxing pictures in your mind first.... and only when you get those good calm relaxing feelings in your mind... and your body...place your hand on your tummy!
