Have you ever tried to swim with 3 layers of clothes on?! It would be a very hard thing to do.... but it can be done. Don’t you think it would be so much easier to swim without them on... you would swim better... and faster... you would feel lighter and freer? Am I right?

They become so used to living with stress they can't even imagine how much better and easier life would be if they overcame that stress and learned how to relax and be in control! I see it all the time in my clinic…
My father used to refer to this issue as "Behind the Scenes Stress" which basically means you are so used to the feeling of stress and adapting to it in general... that it just becomes a part of your daily life and you don’t even question it!
