Notice the subtle signs of love.... In every color!!

There are many different ways a person can show their love for you. Most people associate romance and caring with typical red and pink gestures and so they think that if they're partner isn't bringing them flowers or chocolates.... Or taking them out for romantic meals and saying, "I love you" every day... it can mean they don't care.

I've had many clients in the clinic say they feel their partners never really show how much they love them - because they don't do these cliché romantic gestures on a regular basis. So I ask them... What about the little things they do for you that aren't associated with the typical red and pink romance?

Does your partner ever make you a cup of tea when you need one, or get up earlier than you on the weekend to cut the grass or go out and get the morning papers? What about minding the kids on a Sunday afternoon so you can relax or catch up with friends? "Those are not romantic gestures" is the usual reply I get. Oh but they are... they are just not cliché!!

There are in fact hundreds of ways a person can show their love for someone - and you know, not conforming to cliché can make it more special and personal. Just think about all the little things that your partner does for you, the things they wouldn't have do to - but they do them for you anyway because they want to make you happy - that is, without a doubt, a way of showing how much they love you.

Now, if you can notice these subtle signs of love, your relationship will blossom! You wont need the cliché typical red and pink loviedovie gestures (although they are nice every now and again)... you will be content in knowing that your partner does the little things for you to make your life easier and happier and that is a personal way of them showing their love for you. Once you see love in this way, you will then begin to feel more loved and more secure in your relationship.

Your partner will also begin to feel more appreciated and loved in return. Especially if every now and again you do some of the little things in return to show your partner how much you love them!!

So though Red and Pink are the typical colors of love.... You now know there are many many colors of love... and they can be different in every relationship!!
