Work like you care… and your life will get brighter and more colorful before your eyes!
How do you feel in work? Do you spend most of the day counting down the minutes until you can go home?! Do you sit in a dark, dull, grey state wishing for time to move faster? If that sounds like you - then you sound like the majority of people that are part of the working rat race.

What's that I hear your subconscious mind saying? You don't want to be part of the norm.... you don't want to run in that dreary gray rat race? You want to your future to be brighter, more colorful... you want to get promotions.... Make more money.... Be hugely successful.... You want to keep on going up and up until the point where you have made it and achieved all your goals.... And could even go out on your own if you wanted? Is that the end goal?! Your dream?
Well guess what.... It's the majority of people's dreams too... dreams that often never become a reality. So what's the difference between you and them? How are you going to make it... while most other people in the race stay where they are... trudging along... day by day.... Being content with "just having a job'.... But always wishing for more?! Do you know how you are going to be different from them? How you are going to accomplish you goals?
I'll tell you how.... And the truth is your subconscious mind already knows the answer.... You are going to put in the work. It's that simple. You have to do your job well, work hard at it and always be motivated to do the very best you can for yourself and the company or people you work for. You should constantly be thinking about the next thing you could do in work to make things better and always strive for more.
You need to plan and even visualize your next move in order for you to keep busy and get that next promotion. Visualization is a great tool in helping you to line up your goals and help you plan a route to achieving them.
If you look around at your work colleagues - most of them are probably thinking of their next coffee break or how long it is until they can leave the office.... But you will be different from now on. While they are thinking about that - you will be working hard to finish the work you have been given for that day as early as you possibly can.... And once you have finished that work - you will do more. You will push yourself in ways your managers will notice. So they will see your drive and passion to achieve - which in turn will make they want to help you to get that promotion and keep you moving up and up in the workplace! Giving you opportunities to work to your full potential.
You need to get yourself into a new frame of mind. A successful frame of mind. Where achieving your goal is the mission. You will study harder, work harder and enjoy gaining experience. Many of your peers will be in the frame of mind that just doing the job is enough.... And that someday, they will get a promotion or be successful or make lots of money just for sitting where they are. Lets face it - that's never going to happen. You have to make things happen for yourself.
So in a few years time, after you have put all I have said into practice, and are no longer part of that dull and dreary life... you will look at your old workmates (who will probably be still at the same desk... still counting down the hours until they can go home... wondering why they are still in the same position) and you will probably think to yourself how happy you are that you changed the way you thought about work. Your life and your future will be, better, more lucrative and far more colorful then ever before!"
Achieving is a mindset!
Love,
Katie Jane xx
P.s. I love hearing from you - email me when you put what I have said here into practice... I love hearing how people achieve their goals and dreams.... Remember.... Everything is possible.... You just have to believe it and then make it happen yourself!
